Pricing questions, answered
- How does per-screen pricing work?
- You pay a flat monthly rate per active screen. The rate you pay depends on how many total screens your account has — more screens unlock lower per-screen rates automatically.
- What counts as a screen?
- Any paired, active display on your account — LG webOS or Android. Screens you deactivate or remove stop being billed at the next cycle.
- Is the 14-day trial really free?
- Yes. No credit card is required to start your trial. You get full access to the platform for 14 days and can add up to the screen limit for your plan.
- What happens after the free trial?
- Your account moves to a paid plan. If you haven't added billing details, your screens are suspended (not deleted) until you do.
- Do integrators pay the same as direct customers?
- Integrators can negotiate wholesale rates for managing multiple customer tenants. Contact us to discuss partner pricing.
- Is there a discount for annual billing?
- Yes — paying annually upfront gives a 10% discount on the monthly per-screen rate across all tiers.
- Can I change plans as I grow?
- Yes. Volume tiers adjust automatically as you add screens — you never need to manually upgrade. Pricing updates at the next billing cycle.
